Shipping policy
Once your payment is verified and the order is processed, your parcel will be shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification. Please ensure to carefully check and confirm your address and contact information. In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped and you will be charged another shipping fee.

NAIROBI DOORSTEP DELIVERY
Locations Under Nairobi County:
Price: Ksh. 200 - 1,000, dependent on location.
All packages are processed and delivered within 24-48 HOURS from the time you purchase.
REST OF KENYA
Locations under the rest of Kenya including all counties other than Nairobi.
Price: Ksh. 550 ($5.5)
All packages are processed within two business days from the time of purchase. All orders purchased after 3:00 PM (EAT) are noted as the following business day.
REST OF THE WORLD
Locations under the rest of world are done to specific countries, available in the dropdown menu, at checkout - under country.
Price: Varies dependent on your country and weight of the items ordered. Please add your exact address and the zip code to get the most accurate shipping fees. Please note that we are not liable for custom clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. This is unfortunately out of our control.
